Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of SuprPost (“the Service”). By creating an account or connecting a social media account, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you schedule and publish through connected social accounts, and for complying with each connected platform’s own terms and policies (e.g. Meta’s Platform Terms and Instagram’s Terms of Use).
Connected social accounts
When you connect a social media account, you grant SuprPost permission to publish content, read insights, and manage messages or comments on your behalf, limited to the actions you initiate in the product. You may disconnect any account at any time, which immediately ends our access and deletes the stored access token. Where the platform allows it, we also revoke our authorization there; otherwise you can remove it in that platform’s settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use SuprPost to publish unlawful content, spam, or content that violates a connected platform’s community guidelines. We may suspend accounts that misuse the Service.
Termination
You may stop using SuprPost and request deletion of your data at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
